Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are custom-made and handmade, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
• The item arrives damaged or defective • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery • Clear photos of the damage are provided
If approved, we will offer either: • A replacement, or • A refund (at our discretion)
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer error, including but not limited to:
• Incorrect photos submitted • Spelling or design errors approved at checkout • Color variations caused by screen or printing differences

About this product
I'm sure you're used to seeing clear or colored liquid soap. Those soaps are that color because they do not use goat milk in them. When you mix your goat milk with KOH (lye) it turns it to a tan/amber color. There is no way to get around it. If you see others selling clear goat milk liquid soap, ask yourself how. You may find our liquid soap thinner than what you are accustomed to because we don't use any gels in our formula.
