RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you're not satisfied with our products, we want to know. Email us (shankscountrycrafts@gmail.com), within 30 days from the date you purchased your product. We will work with you to address your concerns, the only thing we ask is your honesty with our products. Your input helps us create better products. We may ask for pictures or for you to ship the product back to us so we can use that information to make better products in the future.
SHIPPING INFO
All shipments will be weighed and billed what I am charged for the shiopping. All items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and all other U.S. Territories. will be charged an additional $34.95 to cover the costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your shipment to arrive.
